Cancellations made with less than two full weeks prior to check-in will incur a 25% charge to the credit card used to hold the
reservation.
Cancellations made to shorten agreed reservations after check in will incur a 25% charge for the remaining days.
No one day reservations will be taken more than two weeks in advance.
